Mental Wealth Network

Welcome to the

Mental Wealth Network

Mental health.
Mental Wealth.
What's the difference?

Mental health is too often defined by what's wrong: anxiety, depression, stress, and crisis.
Mental Wealth offers a different perspective.

We believe mental health should be about more than simply managing problems. It should be about building the skills and mindset that help people thrive:
Gratitude, Confidence, Purpose, and Meaningful Connection.

That's the foundation of Mental Wealth Network. Everything we create is designed to move people beyond simply surviving, toward living healthier, happier, more confident, and more fulfilling lives.

Mental Health Says: Hang in there, Keep it together, Do better. Mental Wealth Says: Be Abundant, Build Awareness, Create.

The stats never lie.

Mental Wealth Isn't One Thing.

It's not a mood you snap out of. It's not luck you're born with. It looks different for every man.
Here's what it's built from:

Habits that hold when motivation doesn't. Knowing who you are when the job title comes off, so the role changing doesn't take you with it.

People who'd notice if you went quiet for two weeks. Friendships with something underneath the surface, not just a group chat and a tee time. A partner who gets more than what's left over at the end of the day.

Sleep, movement, what you put in your body. The unglamorous stuff that quietly decides how everything else in your life feels.

One bad month doesn't turn into panic. Money as a source of options instead of dread, plus the honest conversations about it most men never have.

Who we are

Founded in 2024 by Nick Marmora and Tom Kersting, Mental Wealth Network is a multimedia company built on podcasts, social media, and a growing brotherhood, rooted in one idea: men do better with two credible voices instead of one. The mind of a psychologist and the drive of an entrepreneur.

Co-Founder

Tom Kersting is the co-founder of The Mental Wealth Network. With 25 years as a licensed psychotherapist, he's spent his career in the room with people at their hardest moments. He's the bestselling author of Disconnected and Raising Healthy Teenagers, a national television host, public speaker, and a regular voice on Fox, CNN, and Good Morning America. Deep conversations with his friend Nick Marmora turned that platform into a movement.

Nick Marmora is the co-founder of The Mental Wealth Network. He's built businesses before, but the skill he leans on most is a conversation, not a spreadsheet. His drive to build things that last, paired with a genuine gift for connecting with people, is what turned honest talks with his friend, Tom Kersting, into a brand. Today, he's the one steering that vision into something built to reach men everywhere they already are.

Two Men. One Mission.

To meet men where they already are: social media, podcasts, streaming, live events. Real dialogue, without the shame or stigma attached.

Our mission is to break down the barriers that keep men from asking for help.

Our vision is to become the world's most trusted destination for men's mental wellness. A global community where emotional strength is recognized as a defining characteristic of modern masculinity.

We are building more than a media company.

We are building a movement that reminds men they do not have to suffer in silence.

Because mental wealth
changes everything.

One question.
Two perspectives.
No filter.

Two men speaking from experience. No filter, just raw insight.
